A “must-see” stop along the Bale Trail is the Mid-Way Caf·Hay, halfway between Hobson and Utica benefitting the Hobson Library/Museum.    The MidWay Caf·Hay is a location where you can leave your ballots for the PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD.
Halfway between Hobson and Utica (approx. 6 miles) is a “must stop” location-the quaint eating emporium known as the Mid-Way Caf·Hay.  Operated by the Friends of the Hobson Library/Museum, this matchless gathering site specializes in unbelievably tasty Indian Tacos, fry bread, polish sausages (with or without kraut) and a large selection of non-alcoholic beverages.  Also available is a wide variety of “munchies” like home-made cookies and sacks of delicious popcorn.

Also located at the Midway Caf·Hay’s  prime location are acres and acres of free parking, handicapped parking, free Porta-Potties (always a fan favorite), and a gigantic, entertaining  hay maze which is a sure fire hit with youngsters of all ages.  This is a great spot to stretch your legs, walk the dog, have a bite to eat, let the kids blow off some steam, and take some memorable family photos!
